Public Alert System

West Baton Rouge Parish has many ways of alerting the public. You should stay off

the telephone during an emergency. You should also turn on your radio and TV.

 

WBR Parish has the following ways to contact you:

 

1. Telephone Ringdown System

 

2. Cable Television Override

 

3. Sirens for those Residents that reside in the Ten Mile Emergency Planning Zone

of Riverbend Station. The Sirens are tested on the First Wendsday Of the Month.
